Jake Domer is the founder of Carve Partners LLC. Jake’s passion for taking complex problems and designing simplified and sustainable solutions is at the core of Carve’s Purpose. As an entrepreneur as well as corporate executive, Jake has been driven by developing and building new businesses and accelerating growth.
Jake and his team have taken this passion to optimize, build and grow businesses and are currently leveraged by some of the world’s largest and well-renowned companies. Our team is eager to step up to any challenge our customers put in front of us; using our industry expertise, growth mindset, modern approach to solving problems at scale, and our deep desire to see our customer’s success, we look forward to the continued success of our customers and forming new strategic partnerships across the globe.
Prior to founding Carve Partners, Jake built and grew Express Employment Professionals of Bellevue, a full-service staffing and recruiting firm. Under Jake’s leadership, ExpressPros Bellevue was consistently recognized and received top awards for its record-setting growth. The Bellevue Express Employment Professionals has been repeatedly honored as one of 100 Fastest Growing Companies in Washington, Inc 5000’s Fastest Growing Companies in the U.S. and most importantly, #10 in Washington’s Best Workplaces.
In the corporate arena, Jake started his career at Deloitte then held executive roles within Technology and Banking industries encompassing, Strategy & New Business Initiatives, Production, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, and Risk Management.
In addition to his role as Strategic Advisor at Carve Partners, Jake serves on the Board for Childhaven; a local non-profit which focuses on stopping the cycle of abuse and neglect in our most vulnerable children (ages 0-5 yrs). Jake has been recognized by the Puget Sound Business Journal as one of the region’s 40 under 40 award recipients and is a member of Vistage, OneRedmond, and Bellevue Chamber of Commerce.
As a graduate of the University of Washington Fosters Business School, Jake has resided in the Seattle and Eastside area for over thirty years and strives to be a community leader with high company standards, practices, and values.
