Sean has worked as a consultant for Microsoft for 17 years. Starting in facilities, he worked his way through sales consultant roles in multiple departments within Microsoft. His focus has been working with Microsoft on developing efficient processes, maximizing results, and bridging gaps in processes.

Sean started with Carve in 2016 as a training lead helping roll out large scale partner programs and processes. Sean’s current role is as a Senior Consultant for Carve on the Microsoft side, focused on leading the IP Co-sell support team. Sean’s cohesive knowledge of Microsoft processes and needs allows him to develop and solve logistical problems for the Microsoft IP Co-sell program in a strategic way, providing Microsoft and their partners with easily digestible solutions.

Sean was born and raised in Littleton, Colorado. Sean recently graduated from Regis University with a master’s degree in Counseling. Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs, finding different ways to enjoy Colorado’s outdoors, and describes himself as a lifelong learner.
