Jana joined Carve Partners in 2022 as a Consultant and Partner Development Manager focused on the Microsoft Co-sell program for M12 partners. In addition to these roles, today she acts as Business Manager for Carve. As a naturally curious problem solver, Jana enjoys tackling challenges with an enthusiastic and creative approach. Her diverse career experience reflects her hunger for continuous growth; it spans various industries from entrepreneurship, management, and financial advising to graphic design, marketing, and now consulting. In any endeavor – and especially at Carve – she makes it her goal to bring a fresh perspective, elevate those around her, and become a dependable partner that consistently delivers value. 

Aside from enjoying the intrinsic rewards of achievement, Jana has an adventurous spirit and loves to experience the world through travel (road trips and globetrotting equally), creative endeavors (pen on paper holds a soft spot), and food (especially dark chocolate).
