When does Microsoft review the performance criteria?
Key dates for top tier benefits eligibility
Partners will be evaluated for their ability to meet the requirements to access top tier benefits in each quarter. During each evaluation in which criteria are met, the clock for eligibility will reset to 12 months, wherein eligibility is locked in, regardless of whether criteria are met. Should criteria not be met after six months, you will be given a courtesy notice prior to adjustments being made to top tier benefits eligibility. Partners will be reviewed on performance in the trailing 12 months per the following table.
